Ever wonder just when an adventure actually begins? Is it at the moment you realise you are part of one? Is it some date far in the past and you have just noticed? Or does the adventure begin at that same cosmic moment God decided to create that individual known as you...or me? Perhaps knowing when it begins is not as important are recognising an adventure when it shows up on your doorstep. This is where we find ourselves, at the beginning of an adventure (or is it the middle?). Regardless of where or when, it's not just our adventure. It can be your adventure, too. Come along....
In January 2009 we will be taking a leap of faith into the world of European missionary work. Between now and our departure date we will be quitting our jobs, selling our home, closing down our photography business, selling or storing our belongings, and saying good bye to our families. Undoubtedly, the most illogical move we have ever made. Odds are you are asking.....Why?????
What you need to ask yourself is how involved in this Adventure dare you be? What are you willing to risk for the Kingdom? You are not giving to us, you are giving to God.
This Adventure is bigger than us, and anything we could do on our own. Your involvement will help plant churches, train pastors, and bring the Light of the World to the darkest corners of Europe.
